Personal finance website WalletHub ranked Colby Community College in the top six percent of the nation's public community colleges.
The report, 2022's Best and Worst Community Colleges, looked at three key dimensions, cost and financing, education outcomes, and career outcomes. Colby ranked No. 42 out of 677 colleges in the study and fourth highest in the state.
"I continue to be impressed by the success of our students," said CCC President Dr. Seth Carter. "It speaks to the commitment of our faculty, staff, and students to academic excellence. This level of sustained success is truly remarkable and embodies the mission of Colby Community College to serve students."
Colby has a history of providing a solid return on student investment and has been recognized by other independent organizations such as SmartAsset and the University HQ.
