Note: A one-time administrative fee of $25.00 will be applied automatically to the account of a student who fails to attend class by the end of the eight-day add, drop, and withdrawal period.

High School Student Rate

High school students concurrently enrolled in Colby Community College classes pay a flat rate for all course types, including face-to-face, online, and I-CAN courses. Additional course fees, books, and materials are not included. Students are financially responsible once enrolled. Some costs are waived for qualifying courses.

  • A meal plan must be purchased with every housing contract for an additional $3,237.05. The plan includes 18 meals per week.

Before Applying for Housing

  1. Students must have a Colby Community College email address before applying for housing. Students who have not already done so should first apply to Colby Community College. After a college email address is issued, complete the housing questionnaire.
  2. Students enrolled in classes must provide the Student Health Office with copies of their immunization records and complete the following forms:

Student Fee Information

Student fees support campus internet access, classroom technology, electronic library resources, infrastructure, the learning management system, online tutoring, scholarships, software licensing, and student government.
