In accordance with U.S. Department of Education Guidelines IV-0, Title VI: 34 C.F.R. § 100.6 (d), this notice shall serve to advise students, parents, employees and the general public that Colby Community College does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or disability in employment, programs, or activities. Colby Community College offers Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs in Beef Production, Dental Hygiene, Equine Management, Associate Degree Nursing (RN), Practical Nursing (LPN), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Alternative Energy, and Veterinary Nursing. Colby Community College applies an open-access policy, with program admission based on the completion of applicable course/testing prerequisites. Lack of English skills will not be a barrier to admission and participation in CTE programs.
