Colby Community College has been ranked in the top 5% of the best community colleges in the United States for 2022 by SmartAsset, an online financial technology company.
SmartAsset’s annual study put CCC at No. 44 out of 801 community colleges that were evaluated on student-to-faculty ratio, graduation and transfer rate, and the cost of tuition and fees.
Colby has a 72 percent graduation and transfer rate, which measures students who either graduate from a community college or transfer to a four-year institution. CCC has about 17 students for every faculty member, and students pay about $3,900 per year in tuition and fees.

The college is so blessed to have the caliber of individuals associated with it that we do, and I believe that is why we continuously see CCC in the upper echelon of the nation.”
