New Student Admissions Checklist
Welcome to Colby Community College. Use this checklist to complete your next steps for admission, financial aid, enrollment, housing, and medical forms.

Checklist Contents
1. Apply for Financial Aid and Scholarships
- Apply for financial aid at StudentAid.gov. Colby Community College’s FAFSA code is 001911.
- Visit the CCC Scholarship page to review scholarship opportunities.
- For additional assistance applying for scholarships, review the scholarship directions or contact Admissions.
2. Submit Transcripts and Test Scores
- High school seniors should wait until after graduation before requesting that their high school send an official transcript directly to CCC Admissions.
- Submit your test scores to CCC Admissions.
- Official college transcripts should be sent directly to the CCC Registrar.
- Transcripts are official when sent directly to Colby Community College by the issuing institution and include final grades and, when applicable, the graduation date.
3. Log In to Student Accounts
Use the credentials provided in your welcome email to become familiar with your ePortal and Trojan Web accounts.
4. Enroll in Classes
Visit with your advisor or schedule an appointment with the Trojan Advising Center to select the best course options.
5. For On-Campus Students
- Complete the housing forms and submit the housing deposit online. Review the housing directions for assistance.
- Complete the medical forms and return them, along with immunization records, to the Admissions Office.
