Students planning to transfer to four-year institutions after completing coursework at Colby Community College should use the elective hours to fulfill additional requirements of the transfer college.

The curriculum addresses how individuals, groups, organizations, and societies function, interact, and are shaped by social structures, culture, and institutions. Students research social issues to understand and societal problems.
