International Online Students

International Students taking only online classes from their home country must make arrangements to have their bill paid in full within ten (10) days of the start of each semester.* Students who have not paid their balance in full by this date will be Administratively dropped from their classes. International Students are not eligible for Federal Financial Aid, nor does Colby Community College have the ability to collect past-due balances as it can for U.S. residents. No refunds of previously paid amounts will be given if a student is administratively dropped.


*Should a student enroll in a course that begins after the first day of the semester (i.e., 12-week, 8-week 2, etc.), they must pay in full by the first day of the class they are enrolled in, or they will be administratively dropped.
