OTHER CONDITIONS OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Section A. Witness and Jury Service

Professional Employees who present a court subpoena or summons to the Vice President of
Academic Affairs shall be granted leave with pay to serve as a witness or on a jury. Professional
Employees will adhere to the institution’s policy manual regarding additional policies and procedures for
jury duty.
