CCC utilizes classroom lecture, laboratory procedures and clinical affiliations in health care facilities as part of its training.

An active CNA license is required for admission. Acceptance includes the completion of the following prerequisite courses:

AL101 Basic Nutrition (3)
AL 102 Medical Terminology (1)
PS276 Developmental Psychology (3)
BI278 Anatomy & Physiology w/Lab (5)

Anatomy and Physiology must be completed within the last 10 years before admission to the PN program.

Application to the Associate Degree in Nursing program is available for those who have passed the NCLEX-PN exam and hold a current license.

*Math component of Beginning Algebra or an Accuplacer score of 220 (good for three years), ACT or SAT scores.
*Science co-requisite MUST be completed within the last 10 years.
Application to is also available to RRT's or paramedics with one year experience and successful completion of three transition courses prior to the initial ADN course.
