- Colby Community College cannot guarantee on-campus jobs.
Sponsor Affidavit

A scholarship offer letter is not required. If you receive a scholarship offer, email a copy so the funds can be included on the I-20.

Complete and return all medical forms. These forms are required for any student coming to the United States.

- If you answer yes to any question on the TB questionnaire, you are required to have a TB skin test completed in the United States. This test can be completed at the local health department.
