Proctored Examinations

The H.F. Davis Memorial Library and the Comprehensive Learning Center (CLC) provide test proctoring for students taking face to face or online exams. There is no proctor fee for exams affiliated with CCC classes.

Please remember appointment times are scheduled and proctored in Central Standard Time.

Appointments for test proctoring services should be completed at least two weeks in advance of the anticipated test date and must be scheduled during the CLC’s regular hours of operation.  Photo identification (e.g. driver’s license, passport, military ID, student ID) is required for all tests administered by the Comprehensive Learning Center.

The integrity of the Colby Community College examination process is crucial to our ongoing commitment to course quality and student learning. To ensure the integrity of this process, we carefully review the credentials of prospective proctors.

For more information on test-proctoring services, contact the CLC at (785) 460-5480.
