College Offers “Hungry for Change” Documentary
Colby Community College has been selected as a site for the national screening of the documentary film, Hungry for Change. The film will be shown at no charge on Tuesday, Jan. 21, beginning at 7 p.m. in the Cultural Arts Center. CCC Instructor Ryan Hale arranged the national screening.
“Sixty-six percent of people on a diet will regain more weight than when they started,” explained Hale. “The diet and weight loss industry is a $60 billion per year industry. This film will change everything you thought you knew about food, nutrition and diet.”
According to the film’s producer, Hungry for Change exposes the secrets of diet, weight loss and the food industry—secrets the food industry does not want people to know.
Hungry for Change features interviews with best-selling health authors, medical experts and stories of real-life transformations.
