Pieces created by Colby Community College art students will be featured Tuesday, March 19, at the Thirsty Thursday art show from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Cultural Arts Center gallery. The day of the monthly exhibit was moved to coincide with the Dr. Max Pickerill Lecture Series at 7 p.m. in Frahm Theatre.

“There will be a variety of paintings, mixed media, sculptures, and drawings from studio classes and art appreciation classes,” said CCC art instructor Rebel Mahieu.

Refreshments will be served.

The CCC art department usually hosts Thirsty Thursday on the third Thursday of each month during the academic year. There is no admission charge.
