Lisa Stithem

March-April: Lisa Stithem

Lisa came to CCC in 1994 after being hired as an admissions counselor. She later moved into the position of educational program specialist in Student Support Services, and in 2015 transitioned to her current role as the SSS director. Originally from Oakley, she earned a BS in Sociology and an MLS in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University. She is the proud mother of a son, Dylan, and significant other Vanessa Racette and two special kids, Keiley and Carsen, all from Oakley.

"It is such an honor to be chosen as Employee of the Month.  I feel very blessed and fortunate to be surrounded by a great working community at CCC.  I love my job and love working with students every day!"
