Scholarships
The Scholarship Application for the 2023-24 Academic year is now OPEN!
Colby Community College sponsors a strong student scholarship program. Scholarships are available to promote academic excellence, develop leadership, and to help students achieve their academic goals by minimizing financial barriers. Colby Community College offers scholarships in the following categories:
- Academic Scholarships
- Co-Curricular Scholarships
- Endowment Foundation Scholarships
- Leadership Scholarships
- Tuition-Based Scholarships
How to Apply
In order to apply for scholarships, students must complete the following steps:1. Apply and be accepted to Colby Community College
2. Log into ePortal and activate GSuite account
3. Return to the ePortal dashboard and select the AwardSpring icon
4. Complete and Submit the general application available through the AwardSpring account (A copy of the students most recent transcript will have to be uploaded)6. Student will be automatically applied to any scholarships they are qualified for
7. Complete any requested steps for any additional scholarship opportunities listed for the student
Scholarship Deadlines
Priority Deadlines*Scholarships are awarded through AwardSpring. Students have two weeks from the date the scholarship is awarded to accept it. Students should access their AwardSpring account regularly to check on the status of their scholarship applications.
NOTE: Any student who has attempted to complete more than 93 CCC credits hours will not be eligible for institutional scholarships with the exception of non-degree seeking students or those students who have previously completed a degree.

Scholarship Policy
- It is the student’s responsibility to report all sources of estimated financial assistance, including outside scholarships, third party assistance, Colby Community College scholarship awards, and employee tuition grants to the Financial Aid Office.
