Whether you are a new or current student the Colby Community College Trojan Student Success Center is the one-stop shop to plan your educational future. The Trojan Student Success Center provides quality student services at a convenient and central location for all your admissions, financial aid, registration, and student account information. There is always a friendly staff member to assist students with their questions and concerns.
Prospective students planning to attend Colby Community College are eligible to utilize all counseling and advising services. The staff is available to assist you in deciding which program fits your needs and answer your questions about CCC.
Academic Advising & Transfer Counseling
Whether you want to enroll in one of our career-oriented programs or spend the first two years at CCC and transfer to a four-year school to pursue a bachelor’s degree, our advisors are here to assist you choose the appropriate classes.
The center houses a variety of forms for new and continuing students including transcript requests, withdrawal and add/drop forms, overload requests, change of major, address, residency forms, degree audits, and graduation applications.
Military & Veteran Services
CCC is a military-friendly school and is committed to helping military and veteran students and their families. Students can receive assistance from the center staff in applying for VA educational benefits and tuition assistance.
Our counselors can provide assistance in completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and discuss the types of available aid (grants, loans, work study).
Students may inquire about bills and make payments by cash, check, or credit card for tuition, fees, housing, meal plans and fines.
New and prospective students may sign-up for a tour of the CCC campus. Students will see the residence halls, gym, student union, library, computer labs, and various classroom buildings. Tours, given by CCC Student Ambassadors, are conducted on a daily basis.
Questions regarding housing and meal plan options can be addressed by the center staff. Housing contracts are available for students interested in living on-campus. An off-campus housing landlord list is also available upon request.
Students can utilize center resources and receive assistance from center staff in searching and applying for local and national scholarships. The CCC common scholarship application is also available.
