Rosters for the 21st annual Northwest Kansas All-Star Basketball Classic have been announced by Colby Community College. The All-Star games featuring senior basketball players will be held Sunday, April 6, at the Colby Community Building. The women will tip-off at 4 p.m. with the men’s game to follow at 6 p.m.

CCC All-Star Basketball Games Set For April 6

Rosters for the 21st annual Northwest Kansas All-Star Basketball Classic have been announced by Colby Community College. The All-Star games featuring senior basketball players will be held Sunday, April 6, at the Colby Community Building. The women will tip-off at 4 p.m. with the men’s game to follow at 6 p.m.

Following is a list of players who will be participating in the event:

Women’s Team #1

Diamond Brown (Dighton), Jordan Christensen (Golden Plains), Laura Dennis (Oakley), Audra Nowak (Victoria), Brooke Ottley (Oakley), Hailey Weigel (Trego), Shania Wilkison (Phillipsburg), Katie Withington (Rawlins County), Addie Zeman (Trego), Jansassa Swaney (Stockton), and Shayla Hubbard (Cheylin).

Women’s Team #2

Shambrey Budd (Dighton), Kristina Farber (Hoxie), Keshia Green (Rawlins County), Brooke Hammond (Northern Valley), Amy Myers (Heartland Christian), Brittany Plummer (Tri-Plains), Paige Ramey (Wheatland), Haileigh Shull (Colby), Gabi Spresser (Hoxie), Hailee Spresser (Golden Plains), and Kenzie Hemmert(Oakley).

Coaches for the women’s’ teams are Ron Wolf from Plainville High School and Shelly Hoyt from Hoxie High school.  Paige Ramey will not be playing due to injury, but will be honored at the game.

Coaches for the men are Chris Drees from Plainville High School and Aaron Dardes from Hoxie High School.
